Extended Day
Extended Day Programs at CUMC Huntington Beach Preschool
Whether you need occasional extended care to give yourself time to get things checked off your to-do list, or if you need routine extended care to accommodate your schedule, CUMC Huntington Beach Preschool has flexible extended day options.
Our extended day programs are an excellent opportunity for your preschooler to interact with children outside of the classroom, prepare for a longer kindergarten day, and are a convenient way for parents to ensure they have quality, safe care. Stop by the office to learn more or to sign your child up for extended day.
Early Drop Off
Children may be dropped off anytime between 7:30 and 8:30 Monday through Friday. They will be watched on the playground or in a classroom dependent on weather. You will drop off and sign in your child in the office. The fee is $10/day regardless of drop-off.
Lunch Bunch
Children may stay an additional hour, Monday through Thursday and eat lunch with their classmates. You provide lunch for your child. Children must be picked up by 12:45. The fee is $10/time.
Enrichment
This program is offered Monday through Friday until 3:15. The children will have lunch (provided by the family) with the Lunch Bunch and then kick off the afternoon class with unique activities that are different than the morning curriculum. The fee is $30/time.
Our afternoon enrichment program is taught by our most experienced teachers and is themed by the week.
